Whether you are an accomplished artist or total beginner, you will be immersed in delight when you join Daune for a two-day art workshop where you will explore pure pigments in multiple mediums. Charcoal printing, stitching, dying, and various substrates will be used to create your own unique palette no matter what medium you work in. We will explore techniques in mixing pure pigments, dying techniques, painting large canvases, and will explore the beauty of adding texture to your pieces. You will leave the workshop with multiple completed pieces + special ones you will want to expand.

We limit our workshops here at our cottage….so there are only a few spots available. Join us as we gather, learn, and dream. You will leave inspired to step into, grow, and delight in your creativity.

• Oak Cottage is located in beautiful Eastern North Carolina. If you are flying, you can fly into Raleigh, NC (1.5 hours away) or Greenville, NC (15-20 minutes away). Driving? We are 1.5 hours away from Raleigh, NC, 3 hours from Richmond, VA, 6 hours from Charleston, SC, 10 hours from Nashville, TN…..to give you an idea.

• Once registered, we will send you hotel recommendations or there are Airbnb’s in the area, as well.
